Sergio Berguño Rodriguez

Embarking on a transformative educational career straight out of high school, I initially honed
my skills as an ESL instructor by teaching professionals, business leaders, and college students.
My professional trajectory eventually brought me into the world of elementary education.
I specialized in teaching English as a second or foreign language to young learners, spanning Kindergarten through 5th grade. Stateside in Dallas, TX, my bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish was pivotal in executing the Dual Language Program of Dallas Independent School District for 8 years. As an English medium educator in the UAE, I adeptly delivered Math and Science curricula at the elementary level for ten years. Furthermore, I have conducted in-house teacher training sessions mainly focused on literacy. I thrive in diverse environments where bridging cultures becomes an exciting challenge. Currently, I am back in Chile working part-time as a freelance online business and high school English teacher.
