Hi , I am Luz, fitness and dance instructor ,a woman medicine ,my dance is my medicine and I want to share it with you, I use to do Reiki and dance also it is convinate with positive music and good energy from the Universe.
I am hatha yoga instructor also , so I can finish each class with a few minutes of yoga .
I have many years in the fitness company , in differents gyms , teaching steps, combat fitness , zumba , when I was young , then i learned, hatha yoga, reiki , chamanic ceremonies, methaphysic ,and more awknowledments to create my classes more spetial to the people who want to try a new concet.
I am a mom , I like to learn and teach what I learn , the live is beatifull and this present momment is this "present., We are proud to have a food , health and love around me, The music what I like is , Salsa , Merengue, Cumbia, Regueton, with a positive music .
Hola Soy Luz y con mucho gusto me encantaría compartir mis clases de Fitness Holístico ,las cuales son una fusión de Cardio , Aeróbicos, Yoga ,Reiki , Meditación y sanación alternativa, acompañados de una música seleccionada vamos a ir entrando en un proceso de sanación física, mental y espiritual.
Tengo 23 años de experiencia en el mundo del fitness y he ido incorporando aprendizajes y experiencias adquiridas en todo este tiempo para crear un estilo propio y profesional.
