we can have classes from the beginning as in the level the students want to review. Either grammar, talking, reading or any skill the student need to develop. We can review step by step each content or vocabulary at the same time increasing the communication skills to talk and understand native people speaking. I can recomend material to buy or review as flipped learning before a class to focus more in either skill the student wants to work in the class.
